There are many things to put on the list of equipment when preparing for a new baby, travel cots and changing bags being just two.

However, it seems that some parents are drawing up lists of very unfortunate names for their offspring, whether they realise it or not.

A new survey carried out by TheBabyWebsite.com revealed that there are some very humorous names out there in the UK, with Justin Case, Anna Sasin and Stan Still among them.

Other names unearthed through the poll included Paige Turner and Barry Cade.

However, while it may raise a smile for us, the website pointed out that parents should think potential names through before giving them to their children.

"Their name will be with them for life and what may be quirky and fun for a toddler might be regretted terribly when that person becomes older," it advised.

This follows recent news from the Social Security Administration in the US which revealed that parents were drawing inspiration from the vampire books and movies Twilight when naming their babies during 2009.
