All in one suit customers should know that breast is best.

This is according to Dr Lesley Mountford, who said it is important mums feel confident about offering their milk to their baby while out and about as well as at home.

In support of this, NHS City and Hackney is holding an exhibition at Linden Children's Centre in Stoke Newington this week to offer support and advice.

Titled Get Britain Breastfeeding, the seminars will promote choosing this method of children's nutrition to the parents of the future.

It was launched yesterday (March 8th 2010) to coincide with International Women's Day and will run until Friday.

Dr Mountford, who is joint director of public health for NHS City and Hackney pointed out that breastfeeding benefits the mother as much as the baby.

"Women who breastfeed their babies are less likely to develop ovarian and breast cancers and weak bones in later life and are more likely to return to their pre-pregnancy weight," she remarked.

Last month, model and actress Heidi Klum voiced her support for breastfeeding, telling UsMagazine.com that it is important it is carried out for the health of a baby.
