She snuggled the tot up in grey children's winter clothing, including a coat and cute hat.
Mason, who is Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick's first child, was born on December 14th 2009.
Kardashian previously told E! News Online that she was hoping for a boy, as more males are "definitely needed in this family".
A post on her website stated: "Having Mason in my life is the most amazing, indescribable thing that's ever happened to me. I am so in love with him and love having my own little family."
Meanwhile, a number of news providers have noted that Kourtney has done well to shed her baby weight since giving birth.
The businesswoman is best known for her appearances on reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which also stars her sisters Khloe and Kim.
