There are several ways you can contact us...
- Via our Help desk. The desk is manned 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we aim to answer all customer support queries within 4 hours. Queries submitted at weekends are generally answered on the next working day.
- By phone on 0845 459 9230 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday for customer support. You can also place orders by calling our order hotline from 8am-10pm, seven days a week.

- What are your delivery charges and times?

DHL Courier delivery is standard at Wellies And Worms. DHL deliver up to 9pm in the evening, Monday to Friday and all orders are trackable.
Our standard courier delivery service is a flat-rate £3.95, regardless of how many items you purchase. Orders received before 1pm are despatched the same day and should arrive within 2 business days. Orders received after 1pm normally arrive within 3 business days. Business Days are Monday - Friday.
We also offer a flat-rate express delivery service for £4.95. Orders placed before 1pm will arrive next business day delivery using DHL 24. Orders placed after 1pm will arrive 2 business days after ordering. Business days are Monday - Friday.
For orders to some highland mainland destinations and non-mainland UK destinations including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey, a charge of £12.95 will be applied. This higher fee is to cover higher charges from DHL for deliveries to non-mainland destinations. Deliveries will usually arrive in 2-3 business days but can take longer, usually when delivering to some of the smaller islands.
Please note we are currently investigating a more economical delivery option for Highlands & Islands. In the meantime, please feel free to call us on 0845 459 9230 with details of what you'd like to order and we'll be happy to provide you with a custom delivery quote based on your postcode and weight of items being ordered.
Orders over £40 are delivered free using our Standard Courier Delivery service to mainland UK destinations only, with the option to pay a £1 supplement for Express Shipping.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If you are not in, DHL will leave a card informing you how to rearrange delivery, or that the order has been left with a neighbour.
All orders are trackable. Your DHL tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been despatched from our warehouse.
- What is your returns policy?

Returning items for exchange or refund
We provide a hassle-free 7 day returns policy. If for example, an item doesn't fit, or if you decide you just don't like an item after receiving it, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Please note: orders can only be returned within 7 days starting from the day after delivery.
Items are returned at your own expense and must arrive in perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. Where an exchange is required, an additional delivery charge will be required. Refunds are issued exclusive of the delivery charges.
Please follow these brief instructions:
- Give us a call on 0845 459 9230 or visit http://WelliesAndWorms.co.uk/HelpDesk to let us know which item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
- Complete and enclose the returns form on the back of the delivery note shipped with your order. Please enter full details of each item you are returning, including the reason for your return.
- Send the item(s) you are returning with the delivery note to: Wellies And Worms, PO Box 1000, Gateshead, NE85 2BS. For larger items, we can arrange collection.
Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs. In addition, please note that where a collection is required, a standard collection fee may apply.

Returning faulty or incorrect items
We take every care to ensure your order is carefully picked, packed and checked prior to despatch. However if there is a fault with any items you ordered, or you have received the wrong item, then we will do all we can to put things right with the utmost speed and least inconvenience to you.

- Complete and enclose the returns form on the back of the delivery note shipped with your order. Please enter full details of each item you are returning, including the reason for your return.
- What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?

Out of stock items are usually listed as such on the website before you checkout. However if you order an out of stock item we will endeavour to deliver it as soon as it becomes available again. We'll also notify you of the expected delivery date.
Shipping is only charged once per order, regardless of whether some items are delivered to you seperately at a later date.
- Can I send an order to more than one address?

To send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place separate orders.
